Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing & Shipping:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping is handled through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier may vary based on order size and location).
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Commissioned Art:
Please allow additional time for commissioned artwork, as timelines vary depending on the package selected and the complexity of the request. I will provide you with an estimated completion and delivery date during the commissioning process.
Shipping Damage:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Return & Refund Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read my return policy below:
Standard Returns:
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for original art, prints, or gift items unless they arrive damaged.
- If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Commissioned Artwork:
- All commissioned pieces are final sale.
- I collect 50% of the total project cost as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping, will be due upon completion and approval of the final draft.
- During the commission process, you will receive a rough draft for review and approval before the final artwork is created. Once you approve the final draft, the artwork will be completed and shipped. No further changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after final approval.
